These terms cover your purchase and use of Darrow Code. By purchasing a reading, you agree to them. Darrow Code reports are personalized digital products generated from the birth data, question, timing window, event type, and report options submitted at checkout, depending on the product.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Darrow Code.
By purchasing a report, you confirm that the birth data and email address you submit are accurate. Darrow Code is not responsible for incorrect report content caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-submitted information.
Reports are provided for self-reflection and personal insight. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice, and they do not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction, relationship result, financial result, health result, or life event. Any decision you make remains your own responsibility.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Darrow Code does not store your full card details.
After payment, Darrow Code generates your selected personalized report or reports and delivers them through a secure download link and/or order-related email. Most reports are delivered within a couple of hours; during launch periods, high demand, or larger bundles, delivery may take longer, and each report is emailed as soon as it is ready.
Each report may receive a Darrow Code report reference, such as DC-YYYYMMDD-0001, which can be used for support and order tracking.
If you contact us about an order, please include your order email, payment reference, or Darrow Code report reference.
A Continuum subscription sends a fresh 30-day brief every month and renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Partial periods are not refunded.
By purchasing, you agree that generation of your personalized digital product may begin shortly after payment. For that reason, purchases are generally non-refundable once generation has started or the report has been delivered.
If a technical issue on our side prevents report generation or delivery, we will first attempt to re-generate or re-deliver the purchased report at no additional charge. If we are unable to deliver the purchased report, we may issue a refund for the affected item.

Your reading is yours to keep and use for your personal, non-commercial reflection. Darrow Code retains all rights to its method, templates, and software. Please do not resell or publicly redistribute the reports as your own product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darrow Code is not liable for any decision made or action taken based on a reading, and the service is provided on an “as is” basis.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
