This policy explains what Darrow Code collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it minimal — we only collect what is needed to create and deliver your reading.

To generate and deliver your personalized reading, we collect your first name, email address, and — depending on the product — your birth date, birth time, birth city, selected report options, and your question (for a Tarot Mirror reading). You can optionally provide your full name for numerology-based insights.
If you choose to sign in (with Google or a one-time email link), we use your verified email to gather your past readings into your private Library. Signing in is optional — buying and downloading never require an account.
Your birth city is used to calculate chart coordinates and timezone. Your birth data and inputs are used only to generate your reading and the related order records. We use your email address to deliver your reading, send order-related messages, and respond to support requests.
If you subscribe to the free daily horoscope, we use your email to send it — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message.
We process paid order data to perform our contract with you, newsletter data based on your consent, and limited order, support, and security records for legitimate business, fraud prevention, tax/accounting, and legal compliance purposes.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Darrow Code does not store your full card details.
Your generated PDF is stored privately and accessed through a unique download link. If you sign in, the same readings also appear in your Darrow Code Library. Please do not share your download link unless you want someone else to access the report.
We may store a Darrow Code report reference, client name, order/payment identifiers, generation status, delivery status, and support history so we can track, regenerate, re-deliver, or support your purchased report if needed.
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of trusted service providers — for payment processing, email delivery, AI report generation, and secure hosting — which process your data only to provide the service on our behalf. We do not use your personal data to train AI models.
You may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal data or generated report, where applicable, by contacting us through the contact page. You can unsubscribe from the free daily horoscope at any time using the link in each email.
Some order or payment records may need to be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. If you are in the EU/UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Essential storage may be used for things the site needs to work — for example, keeping you signed in, processing checkout, protecting forms from bots, and remembering your privacy choice. These are always on because the service cannot function without them.
Optional analytics are off until you choose to allow them. If you select “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited so we can improve the site, and Darrow Code’s own first-party analytics may record anonymous visits along with the referral source and any UTM campaign information from your link. We do not enable Google advertising features.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” link in the footer. Choosing “Essential only” keeps optional analytics off and does not affect buying, receiving, or downloading your report in any way.
TikTok advertising tracking is currently disabled, and we do not use any Meta/Facebook tracker. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
Darrow Code is intended for adults (18+). Please do not use the service or submit personal data if you are under 18.
